Employee perception of CSR and its effects on the company’s image

Abstract Understanding and promoting the CSR is an important societal issue, circumstances force modern-minded management to abandon classical model of only necessary fulfilment legally set obligations. There has been a lot study done on employee perceptions in workplace, but very little how employees comprehend they received it at their work-place chosen countries. Research was carried out based questionnaire survey with data collection from September 2020 March 2021, total 1103 respondents. The aim article describe concept among meaning selected countries: Zimbwabwe, Czech Republic, Poland. measuring instrument used method, which research tool CAWI - Computer Assisted Web Interview. It shown that enterprises apply activities, are not fully aware benefits.
